This article discusses how a women was arrested for no charge and held in jail for more then 48 hours because she took a cell phone video of a man throwing a rock at the presidents car who was beaten, arrested, and "died". As of now, no one knows what her status is and her family is eagerly awaiting her release. If anything, this article is an example of the corruptness of the Congolese government.
